Beth draws on both traditional coaching techniques such as setting routines, creating time management plans, and addressing emotional barriers, and modern tools such as AI and task management platforms to support task initiation, memory, and consistency.

Known for her warm and supportive style, Beth helps clients break down complex goals into clear, achievable steps. Her coaching provides not just strategies, but also the clarity and encouragement needed to sustain change and build momentum. She knows that building better habits takes time, patience, and the occasional happy dance, hype session, or joyful moment of checking off that one task that felt impossible on a color-coded to-do list.

The results speak for themselves. Below are a few reflections from clients Beth has worked with.

Client Testimonials

If there’s one term I can think of for Beth, it’s “on it.” Over the past few months, she's helped me navigate the challenges of building a startup, balancing time with my young family and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. And she’s done it all with a kind but firm attitude that’s helped me more thoughtfully approach how I work and live.

A lot of our time has been spent figuring out roadmaps for success, focusing on how to solve issues step by step rather than merely deal with them when I can. Then, she patiently but persistently holds me accountable, offering an ear when I’m struggling as well as celebrating successes when they happen. And whenever things appear not to be working, she encourages me to rethink the situation so that they can.

My work with Beth has helped me to see some challenges in new lights, and approach them in a way that sets me up for success. That, to me, is what’s made the difference.”

“Beth has been instrumental in helping me feel equipped to manage the tasks that lead to a successful adult life. Her patience and encouragement throughout the process have made a huge difference. She helped me reframe tasks I used to avoid as painful chores into opportunities to uphold my values and commitments. I now feel much more confident and prepared for what’s next! I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
